Our small vacation home in the middle of the Five Lakes region and on the outskirts of Munich is the perfect place for your next vacation. Sustainably and ecologically built in wooden construction and reinterpreting the idea of a “tiny house” with only 2 rooms. Instead of having to do without something or having to restrict yourself, you will find a high-quality equipped new building with all its advantages, such as underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen-living room or luxurious bathrooms with shower & bathtub.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Ammersee-Maisonette: 12 idyllic walking distance to the lake

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Apartment "Birke" - Gut Mischenried

Gut Mischenried verbindet die Ruhe und Gelassenheit vom Land mit der Nähe zur Stadt. Es liegt zwischen Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Via Autobahn oder S-Bahn sind sie in 30 Minuten im Zentrum Münchens. Fast alle Möbel wurden in unserer Schreinerei selbst geschreinert oder repariert. Alle Ferienwohnungen sind barrierefrei und weitestgehend für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Im Umland gibt es zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, die Sie Ihren Aufenthalt im 5-Seen-Land spannend gestalten lassen.

Vacation home Max

Located in the Fünfseenland in the village of Gilching, the modern holiday apartment Max has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

The DG apartment (2nd floor) is in an ideal location with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 min to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5 lakes country, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with infant. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with infants / infants, please inform us in advance. 1 room condo "Cozy corner" on Lake Wörth

In the family house is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Lake Wörth. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.

Bright basement apartment

The bright, approx. 25 sqm basement apartment can be ideally used as a craftsman's/fitter's accommodation. The small kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bed can be used as a double bed, as well as the pull-out couch. The washing machine is located in the bathroom (with a window). The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no SATELLITE reception) and can be used with e.g. Netflix (private account necessary).

Shops of daily needs are all within walking distance (5 minutes).

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
