Chic Guest Suite with Charming Courtyard

Take a breather in the fenced-in, alfresco courtyard attached to this newly renovated guest suite. Indoors, the layout features tiled floors, reclaimed wood counters and finishes, a walk-in shower, and lots of natural light. NOLA Permit #: 19STR-00954 I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. This is a separate unit with own entrance from main house. Unit has black out curtains so you can sleep in late, USB chargers next to each side of the bed, great AC/heater and private courtyard. Neighborhood is walkable - two miles from the French Quarter and one mile from City Park. Across the street from the Fairgrounds Race Course (Jazz Fest), corner market, Catty Shack (best tacos in NOLA), Jockey’s Pub (great neighborhood bar), and Toast Fairgrounds (amazing breakfast spot). ½ mile walk or ride to Liuzza's by the track, Swirl wine shop, Fair grinds coffee shop, Café Degas, Lola, Santa Fe Restaurant (best margaritas in town), Terranova Market and Conseco’s Market. You will have access to your private courtyard and the entire suite. We will be available for most guest check-ins and welcome you to hang with us on our porch under the large oak tree with a cool beverage. There are so many wonderful places in this city and we enjoy making recommendations based on your interests. The suite is situated across the street from the Fairgrounds Race Course, where Jazz Fest is held, the corner market, and Catty Shack, which has the best tacos in NOLA. The neighborhood is close to the French Quarter and City Park. Free street parking. There are always spaces available except during Jazz Fest. During this time, you can park in our driveway. We also have Toast, one of the best breakfast places in the city. Jockey's Pub is also 1 block down and is a great neighborhood bar to watch games in.
