Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Detached apartment with approx.34 sqm in a detached house, in which also the owners live. Extremely quiet location, as no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and door handles are regularly disinfected.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved Kappellen, so the annex became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg.
