We welcome you to this 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, at the entrance to the Noble Valley, on the Alsace Wine Route, 15 minutes from the most beautiful Christmas markets, 40 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Colmar, 20 minutes from Mulhouse, 40 minutes from Basel-Mulhouse airport and about 1 hour from Europa-Park! Shops are a 5-minute drive from the property (supermarket, bakery, restaurant etc.)

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. This cottage at 550 m altitude will delight nature lovers, you can come with your family. Just 8 minutes from Guebwiller, Murbach with its majestic Abbey and its charming Notre Dame de Lorette chapel is nestled in a green setting. There are many walks and for the more athletic there is no shortage of mountain bike trails. 30 minutes from Colmar and Mulhouse, 45 minutes from Basel or Fribourg, many varied tourist discoveries (wine route, castles, museums etc...)

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
