Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.

This special place is close to everything – shopping, historic old town and many attractions. Munich, Garmisch, Augsburg and the Allgäu - all only max. 1 hour away. You will stay in an attic converted in 1972, which, except for the kitchen and the new shower, is preserved in its original condition. A large garden with barbecue area and loggia can be used.
