This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

You have the upper floor all to yourself - perfect for exploring from it. Close to Munich and the picturesque Allgäu, very close to the medieval town of Landsberg - you are within walking distance of the train station or by car directly on the B17 and A96 highways. Kaufering itself offers you everything life needs - from restaurants to supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, everything within walking distance. The accommodation offers you a nice quiet area!

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Our idyllic home impresses with its bright conservatory, which is a real highlight in all seasons. Here you can relax, enjoy nature or end the day comfortably. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.

The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine.
