L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
