The very sunny and modern apartment is located in a very nice, green, quiet, safe and clean upper middle class community in Munich. It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Sleep is the new luxury. Waking up to the tranquillity of nature, surrounded by the fresh scent of the forest, is a privilege enjoyed by few. Here, you will find a place where the silence of the forest is broken only by the sounds of nature, the dancing of leaves in the wind and the chirping of birds. In the morning, the fire crackles and the kettle steams on the wood-burning stove. After breakfast, the forest peeks through the window and beckons you to go for lovely walks.
