We would recommend this Airbnb at any time. Good location and everything is in walking distance. The appartment is exactely as described in their profile and the Host answer real quick. We would definitely come back and enjoy Como.

Great stay! We only slept one night but we had a great time. The property is in a perfect location, very close to the station and ten minutes from the lake and the city center. A quiet area with small bars, a supermarket nearby and a few taverns. The room was elegant and spotlessly clean, the bathroom was equally well kept. We checked in online and having arrived at a somewhat inconvenient time, we did not meet the owner who was super nice and prepared to give us all the information necessary to enter and enjoy our stay. Surely if we go back to Como, we will come back here. Thanks again!

This spot is absolutely perfect. Sits right in one of the best spots of Como. Not too busy but right near some amazing restaurants. Will definitely rebook this place once I’m back!

Anna was an excellent host. Her and her husband picked us up from the train station and showed us around the apartment. It was clean, cozy, and as you can see from the photos, beautiful! The space is a quick 10 min bus ride to the main city of Como. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others! Anna was available at all times and even offered for us to be picked up in Como if we missed the last bus.

This was hands-down the best Airbnb experience I've had. As other reviews have said, Anna and her husband go above and beyond to accommodate your stay! Despite a severe train delay they picked us up at the train station and even brought us back at the end of our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and very well kept, stocked with essentials for cooking and relaxing. The view from the garden is breathtaking and the apartment's embedded location in the mountains of Como is ideal for any escape. We cannot stop raving about our trip!

The house is furnished with extreme care and taste. The fireplace and exposed stonework create a romantic and comfortable atmosphere. Absolutely recommended for a weekend in peace and quiet.

Very accommodating host. They picked us up from the train station when we arrived and drove us there when we had to leave. The breakfast they provide is extraordinary along with cute setup and nice classic music.

Airbnb complies 100% with the description. Well located, with a nice view for breakfast on the terrace above the rented accommodation. The breakfast is rich and varied. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The parking facilities are appreciable. The only downside to us, is the mattress that we did not agree, but it is probably personal.

Our visit was beyond what we expected. The town is very quiet but perfectly located for a quick ride to Varena making it the ideal place to visit all that Lake Como has to offer. What was incredible was the hospitality though. The breakfast was delicious, the suggestions were amazing, and the location was just beautiful. You will not regret staying at this incredible place.

This little place is a hidden gem. The room was very clean, spacious and the car park was actually separate from just street parking. The location suited us perfectly as we are not “stay right in the centre of the tourist area” type of people. The local restaurants were excellent and well priced, the local kiosk served lovely beer that we enjoyed at the lake. Bellagio is an hour away by ferry and to get the train back to Ginetta’s place you need to take another ferry to Varenna which is 10 minutes away from Bellagio. The breakfast on the patio was delightful and we enjoyed the lovely view. The only addition I would make is to add an egg each as there was limited protein. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable we have had but was fine.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. We had a great view of the lake. The addresses provided were also very specific. A very quiet stay for those who love nature and at the same time close to the city. I recommend and I think I will book again! Thank you for the hospitality!

A beautiful little house high above the lake with a large sun terrace and a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable, but with a small limitation: you cannot regulate the heating yourself and if the sun shines in the house during the day, it does not start in the evening, then it gets a little uncomfortably cool.

What a lovely stay! The apartment is absolutely stunning and all the extra touches were so lovely! Davide and Kerry were super quick at responding and gave us loads of useful advice about how to find the property (after a landslide made the route tricky!) This was my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, and I’ve probably stayed in hundreds by now. The house is absolutely stunning and lake como is a dream. Please make sure to have a listen to their amazing vinyl collection while you have breakfast in the big kitchen. Gio and Lou are the sweetest hosts and provided so many local tips! We absolutely loved the little house!! What a view!! We loved just watching the sunsets from the terrace! The house is so cute and quaint! The area is also amazing close to great restaurants and just gorgeous! Though I never personally met Katharina, we had excellent communication and she was always so helpful and quick to respond! I could feel her sweetness through our communication. And she left us a sweet surprise which made everything even more special! Totally recommend and hope to be back sometime soon! This was a beautiful spot. The place has such an amazing view and it’s lovely to just sit on the balcony and soak it in! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We made a few small suggested to Katharina and had an issue with the hot water when we first arrived but we contacted Katherina and communication was very speedy, so the issue was sorted almost immediately. She also gave us a bottle of bubbles to apologise for the slight inconvenience which was not necessary but much appreciated!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others. It really is a fabulous place.

A little piece of heaven on earth. Our stay was so tranquil and peaceful. All the reviews I read before were spot on. You just have to come see it for yourselves to truly understand. Ps. From the apartment you have an incredibly beautiful view over Lake Como. Both the apartment and the garden are lovingly furnished and laid out. The two hosts look after their guests with heart and soul and provided us with many tips. An all-round short break!

Highly recommend anyone who is considering coming to Como to stay here. The place has a real authentic feel to it, an incredible view, and all the little touches to make you feel at home. A great private studio room with a kitchen, with access to a larger kitchen for real cooking. Gio is lovely and ensures that you have a great stay. Best if you have a car, but there are buses to and from Como and Bellagio

Wonderful place with unsurpassed lake views. Giovanna and her husband have been exceptional guests, and have provided us with truly vague advice. The apartment is in an unbeatable place, and has absolutely everything. Giovanna has equipped the kitchen with a huge amount of snacks, and everything you might need to prepare breakfast or even an impromptu dinner (if you arrive late and don't find where to do a little shopping), asking only to add a few euros to the piglet, with the sole objective of helping you to experience an experience you will never forget. this little house is a gem in the countryside! it is quiet and beautiful. be aware, that it includes 2 apartmnets at different floors and one shared big room with a glass wall. so it is not entirely for you (maybe i misread the description:) the hosts are amazing and lovely people who devoted quite a lot of time to explain everything. we stayed just 2 nights but have been to Torno, Belaggio, Como and Blevio itself. thanks to Gio we had all timetables and travelled by train, bus and boat. the view from the windows is just stunning! i wonder how much nicer the stay becomes in summer. very lovely people created a unique home!

Our stay at Giulia's place couldn't have been better. Her place is very easy to get to (either by bus or her wonderful parents will pick you up), and the views from the balcony are just stunning. Very cosy and homely place, with everything you could possibly need! Giulia's parents picked us up from the train station, they were so so lovely and welcoming. I will miss them as much as I will miss beautiful Como. Cannot recommend staying here highly enough! Thankyou so much Giulia, Fabio and Lella. We will be back :)

A wonderful stay at Lake Como! Momi and Papi Julia gave us one of the warmest welcomes we have had in our lives...and they aren’t even our own parents! They provided great tips and recommendations about the area. The pad is cozy, and the location is great. Very easy to get to Como from here, and also a short drive to Bellagio or Menaggio. Also, there is a great local restaurant just down the hill from the lake house. If you are driving, a small car is recommended, as the drive up the hill is not suitable for bigger cars. Would definitely stay here again!

As soon as we arrived, Giulia's parents gave us an exceptional welcome !! As if we have known each other forever, they are great and caring knowing that we had a baby of 2 months. the apartment, very clean charmed us from our entry, also very well located, 15 minutes from downtown Como and with free parking 2 minutes walk. I recommend 200% Guilia and her apartment !!!

What an absolutely amazing 4 night stay! The flat is amazing (those views!) and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and within walking distance of the town centre. The hosts were incredible. From accommodating a very late check in (after midnight) and personally welcoming us, leaving us a bottle of wine and water, super quick responses to messages and very thorough and detailed local tips. I would highly recommend Giancarlo and Federico’s place and would definitely return in the future!

Easy access from the Ferry Point and the Centre. The Super market is at a walking distance.The bus to Como can be taken from a point at 10 minutes walk. Summing up all The Lakeview apartment is the place to be in Bellagio and the hosts are The Superhost. Not to miss the bottle of wine by the hosts.

Really good location... not too far from the ferry..... The view from two balconies are great and its a great space to chill on. The overall place is large...though it does lack a little coziness... a throw rug would be nice... but its not really an issue if its not cold out.... Being picked up from the ferry is a nice touch.... Its close to the main city areas and just is a very nice place to chill after a day of site seeing..... This was a winter trip so it was very very quiet... I imagine its a lot more active in the summer and spring

We have really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The views are amazing !!! One afternoon we just sat on the couch and watched the lake changing colours for 1 hr before the sunset :) the hosts are very nice, respond promptly to all the messages and very accommodating. Location is great - easy walk to the city centre and to the nearby fishing village. We did a 2 hr walk around Bellagio suburbs- one of the recommended ones in the file in the apartment - was really nice. We would stay here again if we are to visit Bellagio :)

This is a beautiful house with a soul and a wonderful view. Clean and tidy. Souvenirs of grandparents were used in the house, which added charm. The host prepared a description of the area in Polish, which is a great advantage and it was very nice

Wonderful view and very quiet and charming surroundings in the old village with all its many alleys and stairs. Completely car-free. Only the neighboring dog barks every now and then. If you want to go on holiday here, you simply have to know that you have to carry suitcases and shopping a few hundred meters to the house and that you have to find a free (white) parking space on the access road. There are many very nice hiking trails if you follow the signs in the village. All steep at first, but then there are high-altitude trails with little difference in altitude. The apartment is simple and lovingly decorated, on two floors. The mattresses are not too comfortable, but okay for a week. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is set up to cook something small. Small bowls for breakfast, pan lids and casserole dishes would be a good purchase.

View is spectacular. We sat in the balcony till it felt too cold. N then we sat at the kitchen table to enjoy the view of the lake till it got too dark. It is like staying in grandma’s house. We took photos of the old cassette tape players to share our kids.

Great views, very clean, not so easy to arrive but very comfy house, amazing location close to lots of points of interest. We stayed in winter and the house was really warm. Would definitely recommend 100%

The apartment is nicely decorated and we lacked nothing. There was also a cot and seat. We were only briefly at the accommodation because we were in transit and were therefore particularly pleased that the apartment was preheated and check-in was so easy.

Lorenzo's place is beautiful, it's a total throwback to the old days! Being Italian, it was like being a 5 year old again, visiting my grandparents! The place is tricky to reach... Tips! Don't be like me, don't go there driving a SUV... I highly recommend a city car, roads around the lake are narrow and parking near the house can be daunting. But that's just a small setback, the view will make you forget the fear of the road. The house itself is so cute, so many little details that make it so real: family pictures, old books, the typical moka! The house is on 2 floors, with kitchen and balcony upstairs. The house was spotlessly clean. Toilet paper was there. Heating was on. Coffee in the kitchen. What else do you need?! The heating was very high and impossible to modify, and that made it slightly uncomfortable during the night! We had to sleep with the window open. I loved the selection of old Italian books left in the house... It was lovely to sit on the sofa bed when everyone else was asleep, reading a nice book in the incredibly peaceful night. The view from the kitchen is outstanding. The owner is lovely and very helpful, any questions are answered very quickly! Highly recommended place... For romantic getaways and even for a family holiday. Thank you ❤️

Absolutely beyond expectations. Gorgeous interior. And the view is breathtaking. Great hikes directly from the house, and tons of great things to do and eat all around. We slept 5 comfortably and were so sad to leave!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the advertisement. Sofie has lots of nice touches: oranges, bread, cake, cheese, jam, milk ..... everything for a full breakfast. With the sun the view from the terrace is fantastic .... Superb address

Sofie and Ivan's place is truly wonderful. Poised on the mountainside with stunning view over lake Como, the terrace serves as an excellent place to have a peaceful coffee or to share a bottle of wine. The area has lots of hiking trails and outdoor activities. The whole experience was wonderful but it was especially nice having a selection of cheese, tomatoes, breads, croissant and coffee to make our own breakfast. We had expected to go out but in the end we didn't even need to! Thanks Sofie and Ivan! We hope you again stay again soon.

Lovely little apartment with amazing views!

I can easily say that this was one of the best Airbnbs world wide that ive stayed at, lets start with the quick responses by the host, and then when we arrived Sofie was really hospitable and sweet and gave us many local tips to resturants etc...and then the well organised cosy appartment and the breathtaking veiw, what can i say i didnt want to leave. if you are going to Valbrona or even Lake Como this place is a MUST !!

The apartment has an amazing terrace with an astonishing lake view. It is very stylish and the place was very clean. The bed was the most confortable i’ve ever slept on. The place is perfect for 2 people, suitable for 4, but quite small for 5. The kitchen appliances are limited. Nevertheless, Sofie and Ivan were incredible hosts and will kindly help you with everything you need!

Fantastic view of the lake, Very big villa on 4 floors , Furio very welcoming and easy check in and out, the central location is ideal for exploring up into the mountains through Rongio, and 5 minute drive to the waterfront, would recommend.

Our week at the villa was very relaxing. Furio was ver welcoming and we felt home right away. The villa offers a lot of room. Even if you are a big group you will always find a quiet place to chill. The location of the villa is perfect (30 min by foot to the train station). Looking across Mandello, the lake and the mountains on the other side of the lake while enjoying your good morning coffee was amazing.

A beautiful house in a great location. Beautiful pool and terrace and great views across Lake Como. Excellent for groups and families., Plenty of space and excellent restaurants within 5 mins drive. Lovely village shop and bar in Rongio with the most wonderful lady running it. A real gem. Furio is an excellent host.

The house is huge, gorgeous and with such a large pool it's perfect for large groups. Beautiful and clean the bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful view from the veranda and from the terrace. It was fun to use the pool table in the evening and during the rainy day. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Staff really friendly, professional and helpful. I absolutely recommend spending the holidays here and I hope to come back soon!

Refined and romantic! My girlfriend and I stayed one night to visit Como and other characteristic towns of Lake Como. Excellent location, in the center, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the shores of the lake and the main places to visit. The apartment was a sweet surprise: furnished in a modern style down to the smallest detail, well-managed spaces and excellent cleaning. Especially the bathroom, equipped with various products and clean towels. Vizia is really a superhost, kind and helpful, it is evident that she manages this apartment with a great passion. What can I say, thank you very much and we will most likely meet again soon!

Vizia’s place is fantastic. It’s small but doesn’t feel small. All the amenities you could need with Italian charm. Close to everything you might need. Walking distance to the lake.

Elena's place is the best value I have ever had during my 5 years using Airbanb. Lake Como is beautiful and her home is unbelievably nice. You are a short walk from the ferry and restaurants on the water. You have beautiful views all around you. Elena and Radu are also exceptional hosts and helped us a lot with local tips and even helped us by calling a taxi for us when we were leaving. If you are traveling to Lake Como, this is a fantastic place to stay!

This is so far the best place I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment was super nice, cozy, stylish and clean. I absolutely loved the balcony. Waking up with this view was the best thing! The hosts were absolutely helpful, gave us tips on where to go, where to eat and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t find the apartment at first and they immediately came to show us the way even though it was late at night! I’d definitely recommend this place! And can’t wait but visit it again! We loved our stay at the B3. The place is amazing and Elena and the people on the telephone hotline were really nice and helpful. Mezzegra is a Perfect Place to start your Journey at the Comer Sea. We would totally recommend the II Centro in Arese if you love shopping and to take a boat tour around the sea.

The apartment offers a great view of Lake Como. Mezzegra is a good starting point to explore the region. In Lenno - almost around the corner - is a landing stage for public boat traffic, beautiful restaurants and the best ice cream parlor of the lake. The apartment itself has everything you need. Everything is very well maintained and cozy. For the car there is a spacious garage. We felt very well and will certainly come back!

The apartment is fantastic and very comfortable. The place is wonderful. It took us a bit to arrive because of the Garmin GPS and because we were not coming from Naples. But then everything turned out fantastic. Elena gave us a menu of activities and places to visit that were very helpful.

What an unforgettable experience. We normally book entire places instead of private rooms, but don't be fooled, this is an incredible value Airbnb and one of our absolute favorite ones to date. Nonna Silvana is absolutely incredible, I want her to be my grandma! The hospitality is out of this world as the hosts offer to pick you up from the train station and drive you to dinner. As for the villa itself, it is out of this world. The views are unforgettable and we ended up staying outside for no less than 4 hours in the hot tub just taking in the sunset. Never once did Nonna and her son's presence feel intrusive as we really had a perfect experience. Can't recommend them higher, book this place!

Silvana’s house was absolutely incredible. It was February so quite chilly but her hot tub blows everything out of the water. It’s an absolutely boiling 35C and everything you would ever want from a home in the mountains. Let’s not forget Silvana’s amazing hospitality - amazing aperitivo and pasta from her kitchen.. we felt so at home and would be back in a second ! Silvana is such a warm and welcoming lady and her son Daniele is super friendly. If you love a doggie you will love isotta she is a huge cuddly bear (but is very aloof and if you don’t like dogs she won’t be a problem and keep herself to herself) love from Nikki and Brent

Silvana and Daniele were absolutely amazing hosts. We can't say enough great things about our time we spent at their beautiful home. The hospitality was some of the best we received during our entire stay in Italy. We had beautiful dinners, great conversations, and the views are spectacular. The room had a very comfortable bed and it's own bathroom. We would gladly go back and stay with them again in the future. Thank you Nonna and Daniele!

Anna and her husband were wonderful hosts starting by saving us a parking spot on the street, then showing us around the place and then providing recommendations and tips for us to enjoy our stay. Everything was wonderful and the apartment is very well located, perfect to go into the center by foot or take the car and go exploring.

Anna’s place was one of the highest quality Airbnbs I have stayed at. It started with a warm welcome from Anna in person and she even showed me how to make Italian coffee. The third floor apartment is well decorated and comfortable. Everything is high quality including the glasses and coffee cups. Some good views. Location is 4 minutes to train station and 8 minutes to the entrance to city center.

We stayed at Anna’s place during a work trip in como. A really cosy apartment close to the city center. We arrived late in the night and were welcomed by Anna. We were extra happy to find coffee, milk, juice, butter, jam and crackers to snack in the morning. I definitely recommend this air bnb!

Staying at Anna’s home is a must when visiting Como! She and her husband arranged to pick us up and drop us off from/at the train station which made transportation stress-free! They had all the amenities we’d need, including lots of heat and additional blankets for our December visit. There were thoughtful gifts of panettone, wine, and additional drinks and snacks in the kitchen! My husband and I like to cook most of our meals to save money, and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and was easy to use. We were just a few min. walk from the market and central shopping area as well which made our adventures more pleasurable. Anna also sent us a lot of recommendations that were fun! I recommend the Furnicular and boat trip to a town like Bellagio on your stay.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Anna s place. She went above and beyond to make us feel good. The bed and the pillows : OMG so comfortable! We wanted to take 1 pillow home haahaha We had biscuits, jam., butter, milk, juice,coffee and water for breakfast. Another nice touch : panettone and a bottle of Berlucchi to celebrate Christmas 😍👌 We felt like home, the apartment is so well decorated and so cozy.. It is also well equipped, having all the amneties needed,... we cooked for a few times. We had an amazing Christmas vacation and the accommodation played a good role in it! Thank you Anna!

It was to ride Mount Sharo on Lake Como, a pilgrim pilgrimage mountain, I found Lake Como, and accidentally saw an invincible large terrace with a 270-degree field of vision written by others, and settled down immediately. Sure enough, the scenery here Absolutely worth coming, Sara's house is definitely worth living, old house, cute cat, dog, gentle and warm Sara, clean, tidy and warm stone house, just come on vacation, stay here and relax. The car stopped at the platform on the town, followed Sara's mark on the hillside, and dragged the luggage to find the home on the hilltop. Although it was tired, it was well worth it. Find an opportunity and I would come back again.

This house is beyond any expectations. I’ve never stayed at a place with more beautiful view. Everything was perfect - the kitchen, the bathroom. The house has three stories and a big terrace with the fantastic view on the lake. There a some bars around and also a spot for picking up boats to go anywhere else on the lake. Keep in mind that this city is located in the mountain and the house is on the very top of it. So there are A LOT of stairs to go up. Sara was absolutely stunning, picked us up by car and gave a lot of recommendations for what to do and where is everything. You can reach Moltrasio from Como by boat or by bus. It is around 25-30 min drive. We are very grateful for staying in such a beautiful and peaceful place.

It is not the first time we visit Sara’s beautiful house. Our love story with Como began with this house. All was perfect as always: clean, cozy, with wash and dish machines, nice bathroom and astonishing view. 10/5.

Amazing experience. Convenient location for car travelers, comfortable house, cozy living room, beautiful bathroom and an unforgettable view in the window. Don’t take too big bags from your car with you - there are some stairs on the way to the house. It will be better to take several smaller ones.

Sara’s place is just stunning. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the fire is perfect for winter nights. The house was very clean and Sara’s attention for small details made our staying very pleasurable. We hope we’ll be back soon.

Cinzia’s place was like a dream. Located directly on the water with convenient parking and only a short drive down the road from Varenna, this house was like our private oasis. We could have spent all day lounging in the beautiful yard. Inside the house was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return for another stay if we get the opportunity!

When we saw the preview of this property, I knew I wanted to stay here. When we arrived, I never wanted to leave. My husband and I have stayed in a variety of different air b&bs across the world, but this was the best by a long shot, even in the middle of February. I could go on and on about this place, but everyone has already said it. Just scroll the reviews, you'll see. They're all so positive for a reason! I'm actually kind of miffed everyone knows about it now haha! IT'S THE BEST STAY EVER. MY GOD. Leaving was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. What an amazing place. Right on the water, with incredible views and great ammeneties. Varenna is a short drive away, with restaurants, bars, ferry, train and some nice hikes. If your looking for a quiet beautiful lakeside retreat, this is great.

There are a lot of great things I could say about our stay at Cinzia's place, but the view tops the list. It was absolutely unbeatable. With giant picture windows we were able to enjoy views of the lake while having dinner or relaxing with a bottle of wine on the couch. Also, the bed was super comfortable! I'd definitely stay here again.

This cozy lake cottage has so much charm, it is like a fairy-tale. All the stress fell away as soon as we stepped in. Cinzia has it set up so comfy and easy it feels like your own place. The lake is in the front yard and it and the mountain views are gorgeous. We used the fireplace almost every night, even cooked a nice dinner in the kitchen. Very Romantic!

Excellent location for visiting the center of Como and the lakefront. Marzia is precise and available in the check-in and parking directions. Clean and tidy house with breakfast.

The accommodation is very convenient because you do not have to wait for the reservation to be approved. Communication is fast, the owner sends instructional videos. Accommodation is a short walk from the center, but at the same time is in a quiet area. In the accommodation you will find everything you need (dishes, towels, hair dryer, wi-fi,... nice breakfast as well). The fold-out couch is comfortable. Me and my friend enjoyed our stayed a lot :) I definitely recommend!

I can only spend positive words for Marzia's accommodation and for the host. Small studio equipped with every comfort, close to the center so that you can move on foot, but in a quiet area that you can easily find parking. Marzia really precise in the answers and super welcoming! I recommend everyone to stay with her!

We had a wonderful stay in Bellano. The apartment is located right on the water, close to the beautiful town. Mirko was an excellent host. Very flexible and helpful. While you’re in town, I highly recommend eating at Ristorante La Darsena - the bolognese was to die for. Excellent stay, thank you!

We loved our stay in Bellano. It was a great location, and Mirko picked us up at the train station which was so appreciated after a long day of travel. The kitchen was really well stocked, and the extra things were included (such as washing powder, laundry powder, body wash etc). Really great veiw too. And the wifi was fast which was good because we work online. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Bellano. Thank you Mirko!

Apartment was amazing! Everything ( train station and pears, restaurants, supermarket and small cafe) is close to apartments, view from apartment is the best part of our trip! Highly recommended!

Communication was easy with Mirko and he kindly met us at the station and drove us to the property where we checked in and was shown around. Accommodation is as described on the listing and very clean, welcoming and homely. Lots of pots, pans, glasses, towels ect.... great views of the lake. Bellano is a lovely area and easy to complete day trips to the busier Como and Bellagio ect... we felt safe in the property and around Bellano. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. The only thing to make the accommodation perfect would be to have a double mattress, currently the main bedroom has two single mattresses put together, which is comfortable but I personally like a double. Apart from that this place is great. We had a great 6 night stay, thanks.

The apartment was beautiful! Gorgeous bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view of the lake. I would absolutely reccomend staying here. Only thing is the listing states to bring €40 for the cleaning fee but when we arrived it was €70. Mirko said it was to cover the tourist tax. Which is fine that you want to charge it to us instead of including it in your rate, but should have let us know ahead of time. We almost didn't have enough money. Great place to stay

It was a great pleasure to stay at Mirko's place! We wanted to start our trip with a good, relaxing vibe at the shores of lake Como and this apartment provides just that! A perfect experience. Mirko was communicating with us from the very beginning, met us and showed us the apartments. He also gave lots of recommendations. Apartments are very clean, equipped with everything you need and most important HAVE AN EXCELLENT VIEW FROM THE BALCONY! This, people, is what we've been looking for quite a while! If you like in large urban city and require a nice quiet place to chill off Mirko's place got it all. Recommended.

Wow. That's definitely a stay in a village halfway up a mountain 😆 It's a lovely wee place, basic but has everything you need, wish we had a bit more time.

If you see this being available and you have the opportunity to go, then do it! It is easy to get to by public transport, there are grocery options, restaurants, bars and so on for the practicals, you won’t be missing anything. But that’s not the reason to go, Charlet il Mulino is probably the most romantic, rustic and authentic italien little place you could go. Serena is so sweet and thoughtful, and there are surprisingly many things to do around the small town. Service is in top, when we got there wood for the fireplace was prepared and provided, there was tea and coffee for free usage, towels, Serena had bought small cakes for us and a map of the city with makers for restaurants, stores, hiking trails and more was provided for us to look through. Serena responds within minutes and all in all we could not have wished for a better place to stay. There’s even a small waterfall right outside the terrasse!!!

Great old house. A bit cold for the winter, but worth it

Beautiful Casita (it is an old mill restored at home) in Nesso, one of the most beautiful villages of Lago di Como. The house is very cozy with the fireplace and many details by Serena, very reactive and helps you at all times. Next to the house the river passes (so at night it is advisable to prevent plugs). The view from the terrace with the river that passes is really amazing and priceless. I recommend 100% il Mulino and Serena as an exceptional hostess.

Beautiful place (the mill itself and the village), great host (we used up our firewood and she brought us more ASAP), you'll rest here for sure.

This places was wonderful! I would definitely want to stay here again if I visited Lake Como. I loved everything about this cottage, from the incredible 24/7 view to the small touches of comfort all around the space. We were so happy to stay here. In practical terms, it was a dream to check-in and easy to get here from the local train station. Massimo handled everything with style and expertise, and he responded immediately the one time I had a question. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!

Everything perfect at home, very nice town with a wonderful view!

This is a splendid little apartment located in quiet Bellano. The apartment has a wonderful location right on the lake, it is cleverly designed so it makes the most of the space and is great for a couple. It offers everything one needs, a sufficiently equipped kitchen, TV and lounge area, good bathroom with powerful shower, and pleasant mezzanine bedroom that feels very spacious. The bed was comfortable with extra bedding available. The communication with Massimo was excellent, he responded promptly to messages, was very helpful and always with a friendly manner. The check-in and check-out procedures were straight forward. The train station is about a 7-10 minute walk along the water and from there we caught the train to Varenna (about a 5-7 minute ride), from which we took the ferry to visit Bellagio and Menaggio. We also took the train to Tirano where we caught the Bernina Express to Saint Moritz. This was the reason we decided to stay on this side of the lake, but it is great in general if you want to be out the main tourist hubs. We were there in early Feb, this is off season, so while it was wonderfully quiet and we enjoyed the view of the snow capped mountains it was hard to find many restaurants or shops open in any of the towns along the lake. In summary this was a superb apartment and location for us and I would highly recommend it. It is also very good value for money, dont hesitate!

I house was beautiful views for the lake, it is very comfortable and the location is amazing.

This apartment is stunning and has the most amazing view of the lake. It is spacious, has natural light and great decor with all the amenities you need. Great outdoor seating as well to enjoy the balcony. The bathroom is large and great shower, towels and sparkling clean. The bed is super comfortable and beautiful linen. You also get a car park right out the front of the apartment which is brilliant. Excellent communication with host and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay on Lake Como.

It was a very pleasant stay. The week has passed quickly! There are so many wonderful things to see in this area of Lake Como! Varenna is a real gem! The villas and the wonderful gardens. Simply put YOU MUST STAY HERE! The entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. Emi was wonderful, so professional and helpful in our check-in and throughout our stay. The apartment is incredible. Just as you see in the photographs, even better actually, there is no deception here. It is big and beautiful, perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding so luxurious and comfortable. And the best part of course, the view! Wow. An absolutely perfect spot close to Bellagio and hiking. Perfect in every way. We will be back.

Having never been to Lake Como, we were having a hard time deciding where to stay. None of the hotels in the area seemed to fit our “style,” so we opted for this apartment, which was perfect and a bargain compared to the hotels!!! Immaculately clean, quiet, very large, in a new building, parking right in front, with direct lake access and views. Waking up with coffee directly on the lake was beautiful. Emi was so helpful at check in and friendly. She gave us all sorts of information. We arrived by car, and some nights we walked to dinner, some nights we drove. There are also a few small markets nearby. We only wish we had stayed longer and had more time to relax! If you are undecided as to where to stay, are a bit more of the self sufficient type traveler and want to be a bit outside the tourist bus central of Bellagio or Como, this is your spot.

Beautiful place to stay when visiting Lake Como. As others have mentioned, it is outside of the touristy areas. Although this made for a very quiet, peaceful stay, we wouldn’t recommend to others staying outside of peak tourist season. We stayed in October, didn’t rent a car, and there are no taxis in Sala Comacina. Thankfully Manuela found us a ride from the ferry to the apartment on our arrival! I obviously didn’t do enough research beforehand to realize getting around town would be so difficult without a vehicle. But this has nothing to do with the AirBnB experience, which was exceptional! And we were able to explore Sala Comacina and Isola Comacina on foot. I just recommend having transportation planned ahead of time for getting to and from the ferry terminals if you are staying outside of the tourist season!

The apartment has to be one of the finest places to stay on Lake Como. A wonderful location to explore other areas of the lake, but the Greenway walk is a must to see the local villages and stunning scenery. The local butchers and bakery are lovely friendly places to shop for provisions, the butchers is especially fine, selling wonderful wines (including the one served at George Clooney’s wedding) and cheeses too. Book now to avoid disappointment.

This place was true tranquility....a diamond on the shores of Lake Como. Two floors with spectacular views overlooking the only island on the lake. Tastefully decorated, spotless, had all the essentials one would need. A great and comfortable 'Home Away from Home!' Two restaurants a stones throw away and one on Isola Comacina (we missed going to this one, but will when we return). Sala Comacina is a great village and this place is amazing!

We had a great time in the appartment of Agustina. You should like cats, when you stay here. They are adorable though. The Centre of Como, the Train Station and the lake are reachable by foot. The communication was uncomplicated, everything was perfect.

Augustine is the best thing that can happen to you on Como! Her apartment is just a miracle, like herself! I fell in love with this city thanks to her and her seals! Thank you for everything, I hope when I go to Como again, I will stay here again!

Excellent location, perfect communication, and exactly as advertised. We had a great stay at Dave made it effortless for check in and simply excellent all around.

Dario was incredible! he couldn’t have been nicer. He helped us with transport as well as dropping us to and from stations. The location is quiet (in October) and the roads are of course very hilly but the view was spectacular!

The place had great views of the lake! The pictures of the apartment are a tad deceiving, it is a studio apartment but the pictures and the way the description is written makes it sound like it is a separate bedroom. We didn’t mind, but it would have been nice to know before arriving. The place was so clean and Dario and his father both gave us some great tips as to what to do in the area. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Great communication, service and perfect location!

A really lovely apartment with the most amazing view. If you are looking for the best view in lake como then this is it! We thoroughly enjoyed just sitting with the double doors open watching the sun set. It’s even better than the pictures suggest so if you are looking to book for the view then book it! The apartment was clean, well equipped with all amenities and a short walk away from the ferry port and restaurants (but bare in mind it is a steep walk back up). Gravedona is quite quiet which we liked, but the car was definitely handy to get around to other towns, so we were glad there was a private parking space in front of the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, we had a lovely stay!

Dave's father, bless his soul picked is up from the bus station after a long and scenic journey to Gravedona arriving from Milan. Lake como area itself is relaxing and beautiful and you feel it more so in Gravedona, away from the touristy areas and feeling like you stumbled on your own private little island. The view is breathtaking and one of the best we saw in Lake Como. Dave's father is very kind and a wonderful host. The ferry is very easy to take to get around the lake and explore different towns, would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at Matteo's wonderfully peaceful place in Perledo just outside of Varenna and its tourist buzz. Matteo's accommodation is simple, clean, and affordable with a beautiful view. There's also a great little bar/restaurant (Milanos) and a small supermarket about 100 meters away. Theres a cool walking path from Perledo to Varenna (about 15 minutes downhill and 20- 25 minutes back uphill to Perledo), and lots of other trails, including the "Sentiero Viandante" very close by. If you have a suitcase, you'll want to take a taxi (10-12 euros) or try to catch the local bus (1.40 euros) up to Perledo. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Matteo's place is conform to the description. It is quiet and a good starting point for small hikes around the different villages nearby.

Great space! A little bit of a hike up from Varenna but the walk down only takes about 20 minutes. Matteo is very helpful and quick to respond. I recommend staying here!

Every year I participate in the motorcycle rally in Mandello del Lario, and Matteo's accommodation is always a certainty!

A wonderful little place to stay with a lovely view. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Matteo had very quick responses. You have the place to yourself as the owner stays in another part of the property. Supermarket very close and fridge in your room. The walk up is quite a hike - not for faint hearted, walking down is much easier. Great workout Would stay again

Lovely room, lovely location, great price! Couldn't ask for more :)

Loved Hintown so much that we decided to stay another night! Laura and the staff were so accommodating. Our room was one of the better ones we’ve stayed at during our Europe trip. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend Hintown to anyone visiting Como!

You can't beat this place for the price! Super convenient within a 5 min walk from the train station and easy access to town. This room was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed, AC in the room, cable TV, and a thoroughly modern bathroom. No elevator and narrow stairway, so if you're carrying heavy bags look for a room on the first floor. Would definitely recommend this place if visiting Como and would stay here again. The only negative we experienced was the trash truck making lots of noise at 0100 in the morning in the narrow road outside our window. Thanks!

Excellent accommodation with big comfy bed and delicious breakfast included! We loved this scenic area, enjoyed Bellagio and especially Bellagio’s gardens but great to return to Abbadia Lariana for a tranquil night at La Stanza Di Giulia!

Ginetta's place is sparkling clean, we had the feeling of a comfortable fresh, new room.It is placed in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a good sleep in the comfortable bed with quality bed linen. We had an impressive breakfast for a good start of a day. I have to mention attention to details into offering good comfort. Fluvio was very kind to pick us from train station even it was 15 min walk from train station. 5 minutes walk from  train station you will find a nice public park&beach along the lake.

Ginetta’s hospitality was absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable and clean with a mini fridge and tea and coffee. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Breakfast included was a nice touch and the food was wonderful! They picked us up from the train station so we didn’t have to walk and provided us with countless tips for restaurants and things to do. One of the best air bnb’s I’ve ever stayed at!

The location is perfect to enjoy some days at Lake Como and to discover the whole area around the lake (by car, boat, bike or by hiking).

The house was in a lovely, quaint part of Lake Como. It was so nice to come back to a peaceful place after being in the busy, touristy part of Lake Como. The view from the breakfast deck was also beautiful. One of the best features of the room was the hot shower.

Loved Ginetta's beautiful home and B&B! They were so kind as to pick me up from the train station even though I arrived at the wrong one by accident. They were so helpful with local tips and suggestions and the breakfast was delicious.

5 stars all round! We had such a lovely time here, literally couldn't fault a thing. Great communication from the start and as soon as we arrived we felt so well looked after. Lots of great local tips as to where to eat, beaches to visit etc. The room itself was gorgeous, really light and airy with a lovely balcony. Fabulous bathroom with a power shower. Super quiet as away from the main road, but only a few minutes walk from the beaches and restaurants. Also some lovely walks straight from the house up into the mountains. The breakfast is just lush, everything you could possibly want and a view to die for! Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!
