Joyful, pop-colored 70s apartment, newly renovated, within walking distance of the sea and the center of San Vincenzo (also accessible by train). Ground floor, direct access to the garden. Ideal for smart working. Pets are welcome (12 euros). The garden (which many years ago Decano created with patient care) is large and intimate, suitable for lunches and dinners amidst greenery. Functional, modern and well equiped, the apartment's soundtracks are Donna Summer, Abba and the Ricchi e Poveri.
