Welcome to our holiday apartment, newly renovated in May 2023. There is space for up to 8 people in a generous 90 m². The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a smart TV, radio and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: a bunk bed, a single bed with a pull-out bed, a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and seating area. Private sauna area. Price on request.

THE JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside this period, the jacuzzi is winterised and cannot be used, even on request. Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a charming and modern gîte located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, near the town of Malmedy. It is the ideal place for an exotic and relaxing stay in the countryside. Our reception station is home to dogs in need, who are looking for a new home from here and are always looking forward to visiting from outside. For the dogs of our holiday guests, there is a fenced garden with barbecue area and chill area for gentlemen and women in case it gets too turbulent to our guests. La Maison de Fred is a beautiful accommodation for 4 people, cozy, where you will find everything you need to feel good. With its easy and private parking, a terrace overlooking large expanses of land bordered by forests, everything is planned to have a good time, in summer and in the heart of winter. Not far from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Hautes Fagnes and the American Monument of Baugnez, there is plenty to do for many days.
