Our vacation home on the Saaler Bodden has a lot of charm and is ideal for families with children. Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? You've come to the right place! Also ideal for surfers! Because both here in Neuendorf and in Saal (also kite surfing), there are optimal conditions. In spring and autumn, you can observe the crane and goose train from the house and the field paths nearby. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park is right outside the front door!

Zingsthus: Cosy & close to the beach

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! It is located in a naturally designed environment overlooking the Bodden landscape and local pine trees. In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Here you will also find quaint restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional delicacies.

Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes, you can be at the Baltic Sea beach by car.
