The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Welcome to our house with the charm of age and under the care of the goddess Demeter with her merry companions. Our house with 2 flats is located in a quiet area at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg. In about 600 m, you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the ferry landing stage, the adventure pool and restaurants. A good starting point for hikes, bike rides, and for visiting castles, palaces and places of interest. The "Stadt Wehlen" S-Bahn station is approx. 500 m away.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
