Nice areas for swimming, fishing, hiking, mushroom and berry picking. Free fishing in Lake Vänern. Not included bed linen and towels, can be booked for SEK 150/person subject to time. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1500, subject to time.

Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum at the edge of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old fishing industry and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Vänern.

Welcome to a charming cottage in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery, with the lake sparkling next door, and mornings with birdsong. A place for those who want to relax, hike in the forest, stroll in the sand or enjoy peace and quality of life. You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. There is another small cottage in the area.

Rural, quiet location just outside Karlstad, fields and forest with wildlife. Possibility to rent a box and bring a horse. Horses, cats & rabbits are on the farm. Accommodation in cottage 23 sqm. A 140 cm bed, an 80 cm bed and a sofa that can be slept on. Small kitchenette for simple cooking, hob, refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Dining area for two people/workspace. Outdoor furniture is available. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and a toilet. Air heat pump as heating.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
