A short walk away is Skoghall's center with several restaurants, grocery store, health center & gym, etc. Bus goes to Karlstad every 12 minutes & takes you there in 11 minutes

Welcome to a small summer house with that little extra, nicely located in the forest with a large sunny terrace and a minute's walk to the lake (300m) Ånimmen for swimming and fishing. Tasteful newly renovated interior with two smaller bedrooms, possibility of a third in open plan (separable with drapery), as well as a combined kitchen and living room with cozy fireplace. Spacious terrace in lush forest garden where chanterelles and berries usually coexist with moose and deer.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Welcome to peaceful Råtorp. Located about 3 km from Karlstad city center. The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes' walk from the accommodation that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus line also goes all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15-minute walk across the new bridge, you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking space and Wi-Fi.

Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
