We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Oceanside. The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, roomy, and well-maintained home base in Oceanside. We'd definitely stay here again!

If I could take this place home with me, I would have. Do clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. Peaceful spot great for work or vacation.

Stay was great, the kids loves the pool. They had lots of stuff we could use to tale to the beach which was great. Lots of supplies, I have rented places that were super stingy with everything, but this place had more of everything, including things we werent expecting, but needed.

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. We had a fantastic stay at Clarissa’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a row of houses away from the beach and conveniently close to the Village, restaurants, and Legoland. Clarissa is an incredible host, always responsive and attentive to anything we needed. The home itself is well-equipped with everything you could ask for. We only used one bedroom in the back, and the bed was very comfortable. The long driveway behind a small gate was a huge plus, easily fitting our GMC truck and a smaller SUV. This home is also great for larger groups, with plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s apartment. It was spotless clean and the decor was very tastefully done. It can pass off as a star rated hotel room. All basic essentials that one needs for their vacation stay were there and more. The checkin and communication was super smooth and detailed. We would definitely stay again at this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

We booked the place for a 2-night-3-day family vacation, and we enjoyed the stay! The place was very clean and well organized. There was plenty of sleeping space for the whole family. The living room and kitchen/dining was very spacious, and the balcony has a breathtaking harbor view. There were some nice restaurants in walking distance, so we didn’t have to drive out at all, for our whole stay! The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub tremendously, and we took 2-minute walks to the beach several times a day, just to enjoy the ocean breeze and take beautiful pictures! We are grateful to this place for having created precious memories for the family, especially for my oldest daughter who is graduating high school this summer and moving out of state for college. She’ll always remember the peaceful strolls on the beach with her parents, the delicious dinner with her family at the dining table overlooking the harbor and ocean, and the fun water games in the pool with her siblings!

This was our second stay with them and an awesome stay as expected! Carlsbad Village is one of my favorite places and this is definitely the spot you want to stay considering the close proximity to everything. Very clean, spacious and welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

We stayed at Paul’s place over the spring break-LEGOLAND trip, family of four with two young kids. The apartment matched the description and was fully stocked. The beach toys , chairs, towels were an added bonus though it was cold when we stays and not much getting in the ocean. It’s close to the downtown and shops. We loved our stay. As other reviewer had mentioned the warping of the doors were a minor annoyance which we had to help kids close bathroom doors. Would recommend Paul’s place for anyone looking for a place in Oceanside - Carlsbad area.
