It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Renovated in 2017 to bring you comfort and safety, it allows you to spend a night, or more, in an atypical accommodation and in the middle of a beautiful property. You can enjoy the pool, deckchairs, Champ d'or animals (cats and goats), garden and bike loan on reservation with deposit, to discover the surrounding paths or hike in Brière. Pets accepted under conditions and payment of a cash deposit, arrival blocked if conditions not respected

We are happy to revive this site that we created with passion 30 years ago!

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Golf de la Baule residence with pool

Large fully-equipped suite in a private and secure residence, with heated pool in season (June 15 to September 15), on the Barrière du St Denac de la Baule golf course, quiet and green, for a sporty and/or relaxing break and to get some fresh air.
