I had a 4 month stay here with a roommate and it was great. The place is very cozy and I used the sauna a lot. Never had any issues with the people upstairs or with communication and I would definitely stay again!

A comfortable stay with all amenities! This place has it all! The location is very close to grocery stores, university of waterloo, and parks. The kitchen is stocked with pans, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, etc. The bedroom was cozy with comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. The bathroom is clean, and many bath towels were provided too. The building was quiet and clean with parking near the doors. The host, Brett, was also very responsive and friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay! Highly recommended.
