The apartment consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (with a skylight), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a terrace with a barbecue. Families with babies and children are welcome thanks to the amenities provided.

Located in the charming spa village of Saubusse, shops (bar, restaurant, grocery store, bakery...), 20 minutes from the ocean and 15 minutes from Dax. You will discover the Adour and its "barthes"... Close to the main wedding reception halls in the area: Grange de Poudepe 50 m, Châteaux Monbet/Prada 10 min drive.

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

An ideal starting point for exploring the Landes and the Basque Country.
