The “Photo Studio” is literally located in front of the Parc des Expositions - Porte de Versailles. This former photography studio, located on the ground floor, has been completely renovated into accommodation that can accommodate 2 people (possibility of 2 single beds or 1 double bed). Very well designed, its 27M2 combine both authenticity (raw materials and decoration in the photo) and functionality (equipped kitchen, refrigerator, fitted bathroom, large storage spaces). Ideal HQ in Paris.

Jolie vue sur le haut de la Tour Eiffel. Appartement au sixième et dernier étage (petit ascenseur, non adapté PMR). Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Lovely and Spacious apartment

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!

This peaceful, comfortable studio apartment, on the 1st floor with lift and balcony overlooking a garden (very bright as it faces south/west) in a quiet residence, is just a 10-minute walk from the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre in the charming 15th arrondissement. It is easily accessible by metro (Convention - line 12), tram and bus. A fully-equipped flat, this studio offers a kitchen, a space to work or have breakfast, a bathroom with bath & WC and a double bed with TV.
