Ground floor terrace in the mountains

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing, sporty, or simply family stay. A stone's throw from the snow front, departure of magnificent walks, on foot or by snowshoe, at the bottom of the house ! In the heart of the Parc des Ecrins, close to 6 ski resorts, 4 Nordic sites, there is plenty to do for nature lovers! If necessary we provide the childcare equipment (high chair, bed barrier, umbrella bed, changing mat, special cutlery etc...)Make the request in advance!

Family apartment in a mountain cottage

Chalet apartment in the beautiful setting of the family resort of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes. This resort village is located at an altitude of 1300 m in the Hautes-Alpes. It is therefore ideal in all seasons, in winter for skiing and in summer for the many hikes. Located 500 m from the slopes and the village with all the shops. Accommodation close to new, very clean, tastefully decorated. Facing southwest, it enjoys good sunshine all day long. No direct neighbors.

Mountain Chalet

This is my chalet (car and eco-construction) in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 bed) on the garden level and another (140 bed too) upstairs. Special attention has been paid to the choice of materials used (wood wool/hemp insulation, flooring on the walls...) and the situation of the house. The equipment is simple, without a microwave or dishwasher. Note that I sometimes stay in a studio located under the cottage.

Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

The accommodation with independent entrance, has been carefully furnished to allow a comfortable stay. Electric floor heating. Ideally located close to many opportunities for outdoor activities.
