The Renclos is a farmhouse built in the middle of the 19th century. The landlord house and farming premises occupy a 4500 m2 enclosed land. The holiday cottage, open all the year long, is managed in the former farmhouse completely renovated in 2005. At the ground floor, the cottage is organized in a big room divided in kitchen, sitting room and dining room. In a second part, rear kitchen, storage room and toilets are available. The first floor is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilets. Built in the heart of the AUNIS Province, the RENCLOS is ideally located, at about 20 minutes driving from the main following cities; La Rochelle, Rochefort, Surgères and Marans. 20 km around the Renclos, you will find sea side and beach, typical ruralcountry activities and the main touristics and historical spots of the area.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
