It includes a large living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. It's the perfect place to have a great stay in our beautiful town of Royan.

This family home that was renovated in 2021 is ideal for a pleasant holiday without having to take the car, everything is accessible on foot or by bike. The beach is 7 minutes walk, shops 2 minutes, market, forest walks, tennis, golf, zoo, tree climbing, bowling alley, spa, restaurants, amusement parks, bike paths, water sports, etc... Everything is close by.
