In addition you have access to the closed courtyard in which you can park your vehicle Located in the city center of Saint Pierre des Corps, 7 minutes' walk from the TGV train station and 4 km from Tours center. The accommodation measures 70 m2, it has one bedroom and is very comfortable. The entrance to the courtyard is shared but access to the terrace is 100% private. The ACCOMMODATION IS NEW

In the Tours metropolitan area (10 min by car), we will welcome you to our house located in a lightly urbanized area, it is a bit "the city in the countryside", close to the Ateliers de la Morinerie, a contemporary art site. Our house consists of a ground floor with terrace and private garden for guests as well as an upper floor (where we live). We also have a very large wooded garden (1800 m2) which you can access upon request.
