Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

À 10 min de Rochechouart, Vayres et St-Mathieu. Le parfait mélange entre nature et loisirs !

Très belle maison charentaise entièrement rénovée en 2020-21, avec vaste jardin arboré de 4000m². Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...).
