Pleasant studio in a large Mélusine house, full of charm. Your sunny room overlooks a garden bordered by the stream where the Fairy Mélusine & Raymondin met. In your private bathroom and kitchenette, the centuries-old parquet floor marries the walk-in shower, the stone and the contemporary and artistic design. Private toilets on the landing. Gîte des Bruyères

Furnished in an old farmhouse (97 m²) nicely renovated, our cottage is located in a small quiet hamlet and surrounded by nature, next to our house. We are located between Futuroscope (40 minutes) and Poitevins marshes (1 hr). We are 25 minutes from Poitiers and 30 minutes from Monkey Valley. Many walks are possible from the cottage thanks to the proximity to the Forest (1 km). Our cottage is classified in furnished tourism 3 stars and Gîtes de France 3 ears.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Logis du Poney equestrian center, swimming pools and karting 5 minutes away, tourist sites nearby (Valley of the Monkeys, Futuroscope, Poitevin Marsh...).

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

The Alley House

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
