Exceptional location: L'Éden Sablais

A 35 m2 refurbished apartment with the charm of the old and all the desired comforts. You have direct access to the seafront by the promenade (boardwalk) and on the other side, you have access to the city center (markets for supplies and shops in the pedestrian area) as well as access to the port in a few minutes by the typical alleys of Les Sables! I put my heart and soul into preparing this apartment for a wonderful vacation to the gentle sound of the waves without the hustle and bustle of the waterfront!

Unusual overnight stay aboard our sailboat Nice sailboat, fully equipped, moored at the Yacht basin, in the city center, opposite the train station: 5 min walk Accommodation for 4 people: 1 double bed (front) + 2 bunk beds in the salon. Ideally located in the city center, everything is within walking distance: old port, towers, restaurants/entertainment, shops. Underground parking available nearby (for a fee). This is a sailboat, so space is limited! Unusual stay guaranteed!
