Located facing the sea, in a natural environment, ideal for holidays with family or friends. It includes a living room crossing, a fully equipped and friendly kitchen. A room with a sea view, where you fall asleep lulled by the lapping of the waves and you wake up to the bluish immensity. completed by two other bedrooms open to the garden, a shower room and an independent toilet, lingerie. Large fenced garden with nature and freedom as the only principle.

Enjoy the sweetness of Ré in this typical island house in the heart of the village (square with restaurant, bar, bakery, fishmonger, market open all year round; Montamer Park and its beach are 5 minutes away by bike). 4 adult bikes are available in the rental. You can park 2 cars in the yard. Bed linen and towels are provided for a week's booking. Full of charm with its thick walls, this house is perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends.

House of approximately 60 m2 of living space, comprising: An entrance, a living room with open kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet, a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 X 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 X 190). Outdoor terrace of approximately 38 m2. Sheets are not provided but it is possible to rent bath towel/sheet kits: €20/person for the duration of the stay. Or only sheets: €15/person for the duration of the stay.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a short walk from the ocean (500 m). It faces south/south-west, with a private terrace, and the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free, and there are cycle paths nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can, however, accommodate 5 people, either with an additional bed for a baby (travel cot) or with an additional bed in the living room. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
