The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Info: off season October/November/December (except school holidays) 3-night rental possible. Compulsory cleaning 200 euro.

50 m² single-storey studio located 400 m from the beach and 350 m from shops, perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk to all amenities (markets, bakery, press, etc.). Rated 3* for two people, the studio can accommodate 4 people. It has a furnished terrace on the south side overlooking an enclosed garden. Possibility to enter one or two cars. A bike shelter is accessible.

Villas Véronique, a piece of paradise on Ile de Ré. A unique place for a new approach to luxury. Superb villa with private heated pool with sea 50 m away. The living room is open to the outside. A bedroom with a double bed and high-quality bedding connects to the living room through a large carved rosewood door. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a natural stone walk-in shower.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean (500m) and shops. It faces south , southwest, with a unoverlooked terrace. The garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike paths are nearby . Thorough cleaning is provided for each rotation and included in the price . However, I will ask you for a reasoned maintenance of the house before your departure.
