The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 160 bed and a 190 x 140 bed (sheets not provided) plus an extra 190 x 90 bed (suitable for a child but not for an adult). 20 m terrace facing south. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access and a TV (access only to Netflix). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme , à quelques pas de l'océan (500m) et des commerces. Elle est orientée sud , sud-ouest, avec une terrasse sans vis à vis. Le jardin donne sur le vignoble. Le stationnement est gratuit et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité . Un ménage approfondi est prévu à chaque rotation et inclus dans le prix . Je vous demanderai toutefois un entretien raisonné de la maison avant votre départ.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
