Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk. Bedrooms connected by large sliding doors making each a private room, or if left open, a sitting room and bedroom. Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. Large deck off the living room with SW exposure over looks private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!

You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor.
