Our holiday apartment is in a very peaceful and completely quiet location on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the first floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities on offer. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Charming holiday idyll between Schlosssee and Lake Constance. From here, many hotspots can be easily reached. You can get to Lake Constance just as quickly as you can to the hinterland. The bus stop and train station are within easy walking distance. The ferry/boats can also be easily reached by car/bus. In the 100 sqm spacious apartment (3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet), you can end your holiday days after the day trip comfortably on the sofa with a film, with dinner together or on the terrace.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Welcome to the Wüpping guest house. Our guest house dates back to 1928 and was completely renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail. You will find us in a quiet and idyllic location, surrounded by nature, in Salem Weildorf. The holiday apartment Gästehaus Wüpping 1 is located in Salem and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

Dream apartment 130 sqm with large garden

Our spacious and very sunny apartment with large garden invites you to relax a lot, especially in summer. If you want to spend a few days or your vacation near Lake Constance (and the super beautiful Salemer Schlosssee, 10 min walk), you've come to the right place! Renting the apartment is relatively new for us. We offered it for rent for the first time in April 2023, are now starting the third season and hope that nice people will have fun here again!

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

The “New Center Salem” is an exclusive residential complex that houses the stunning 110 sqm penthouse – a true gem in Salem. With three spacious bedrooms, this penthouse offers enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. Pets are welcome. Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

Dear guests, Our apartment is located in the small beautiful Daisendorf and is perfect for relaxing from everyday life due to its location. It is part of a detached house where I live with my family. You have direct access to our spacious garden, which is surrounded by idyllic fields and a forest. Of course, you can share it. A parking space for your car is also included.
