It has three cosy bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a bright living-dining area with a view of nature, a guest toilet and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, invites you to start the day in a relaxed way – preferably with coffee on the terrace. The large, quiet and fenced garden (for shared use) is ideal for children and up to three dogs. Just a few steps from Lake Constance, you can jump straight into the water in the morning and get fresh rolls for breakfast. Walks through apple orchards, hikes to the Bodman ruins and relaxing hours in the garden will make your stay perfect.

The ideal holiday for time travellers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first holiday homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow-paced and cheerful, and here you can find the time for all the things that are important to you. A natural beach. The beach is outside my private property (below the wall) When you look out of the window, you can see across the park to the lake. If you're looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.

Within 15 minutes, you can reach numerous leisure activities and attractions, all while avoiding the crowds of lake tourism. The adjacent family-run country hotel gives you the option to enjoy breakfast or full board. This region is perfect for hikers, cyclists, and golfers. Since 2025, the terrace has been covered, so you can enjoy breakfast outdoors even in bad weather.

Community House Christian Community

The house is a non-smoking house. You can smoke outside. The picture does not always show the room you get. There are books in the rooms, you have a bed, a table, chairs, a shelf, towels and the bed is freshly made. The entrance to the house can be found when you go in where there is a showcase on one side and a sign "The Christian Community" on the other. The purple door is the wrong one.
