The Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with a fantastic view of the city and the Karwendel Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped with old wood roof chair, black steel designer kitchen, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mix of high quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, trampoline, slide, sandbox, treehouse and football field as well as in summer in-house camera cafe.

Newly built chalet - with skis to the slopes

Welcome to our newly built chalet at Hansenhof. We welcome you in a beautiful quiet location with 360° mountain panorama within walking distance of the Fieberbrunn cable car. Ski in-ski out, in winter from the front door directly to the slopes and back again. Our lovingly furnished apartment with spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, separate bathroom & toilet, a large terrace and ski room, makes the holiday special in every season.
