Our stay at Philip’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was Philip’s kindness and support throughout our time there. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even more special. His hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed. We highly recommend Philip’s apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place with an exceptional host. I had a wonderful stay during my month-long clinical rotation & overall, it was a good experience. Nisha was an excellent communicator, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The parking situation was very convenient, with free street parking available and I was also able to park in the driveway, which was a huge bonus. The only minor issue I encountered was with cleanliness. When I arrived, it seemed like the space could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom floor, particularly the shower, could have used more cleaning, and the rug appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed. Additionally, I found a muffin pan left in the oven that hadn't been cleaned for a while. Bed initially had a strand of hair so I had to clean that with a lint roller. Despite cleanliness concerns, the overall stay was comfortable. I would recommend it for those doing a clinical rotation near by.

I was unfortunately in town for a funeral service and Shauna was very understanding about my situation and made sure that I didn’t want/need anything. Great basement apartment with plenty of privacy.

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.
