Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sandy River

This stylish urban studio was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway with my husband. It’s beautifully decorated, filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, and has a great view of Union Station and the Contemporary Art & Culture building. The bed was super comfortable, offers a huge closet and laundry room to hide our luggage and hang our clothing. We appreciated the secure, free parking under the building. Everything we wanted to explore in the Pearl District was within walking distance. Communication with the Igloo Home Team was prompt and helpful. Sadly, like much many urban cities, the surrounding area has a visible homeless presence, with tents lining streets. There was a food kitchen setup in the large parking across the street on Sunday. That said, I felt safe walking alone by staying aware and moving with purpose. Overall, a great stay—we’d happily return!

Spent a few days visiting son and grandson. Ideal location for our visit. Once settled in, everything was perfect; nice city view, quiet, corner store less than a block away, very comfy bed and couch, perfectly usable kitchen. Felt like home and very comfy. If not used to larger cities, the check-in can be mildly tricky but once in you'll feel like you live there. Thanks for a great stay. We'd LOVE to come back!

Had a lovely stay here with my Mom for a busy weekend. Being able to return to a clean and cozy space was a real joy. We loved the sitting area for morning tea or evening glass of wine. The area is extremely convenient, parking was a breeze, and the place is very private. Would happily come back here for another weekend in Portland!

The Sandyplace was very nice and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with a great assortment of kitchenware. You have full use of the gym and pool (when it’s open), which is an added bonus. The location is great and close by to restaurant and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mila's place. She is very responsive and helpful. Super clean, beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out bedroom for children, convenience of laundry and dishwasher, to mention a few things. Didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space due to our short stay and weather but it looked wonderful to spend evenings. Maybe next time. Highly recommend.

Anna’s apartment is beautiful with a spectacular view. Everything is very comfortable and well organized. The EV charger is located in the parking garage underneath the building and both are reasonably priced. It was very convenient. I would stay here again.

This was a lovely condo, very homey and comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to bbq and enjoy nice dinners in.

This little condo was perfect for my holiday visit to see my family. The location is great: very close to freeways (but not too close to hear), easy to get to Downtown Vancouver or Portland. There are stores (Fred Meyers has anything you could want) and restaurants nearby, especially McMenamins, which I always hit anyway when I'm in town . I love the waterfront walk which is only a few steps away. The condo had all the amenities I needed in the kitchen. There were a few things that I didn't like, 1. The air traffic to PDX was directly over the condo. This could be very loud at times but from what I understand depends on the weather pattern (I was there in winter). 2. I didn't like the rain, which has nothing to do with the property but kept me from enjoying morning coffee on the lovely patio (though I still got a couple of mornings in when it wasn't raining so hard). 3. I mention this for the elderly or those with bad knees, there's steep steps, 19 of 'em, to get in/out of the condo.

we loved our stay with Vacasa!! super easy to get into the space, perfectly clean, and suited our ski trip great. would totally stay here again for mount hood recreation.

This condo is so much more spacious than in the pictures, such a pleasant surprise! It was very comfortable snd the location is ideal: right off 26 so no need to drive on snowy roads, walkable to restaurants in Gov Camp, also walkable or a very quick drive to Ski Bowl. The jacuzzi was great and the pool was actually warm enough to swim in the snow. We had a great weekend here with our teens!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located—just a short drive to Mount Hood Meadows. The clubhouse amenities (pool, hot tub, and sauna) were a great bonus for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Looking forward to making this an annual trip. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at Lixin's place! We were there for 2 months while relocating to the area, and the house and neighborhood had everything we needed. Lixin was a very responsive and gracious host. I highly recommend booking with her!

Nice apartment on three levels with the garage at street level, kitchen/dining/living and half bath on second level, and bedrooms on the third level. Very clean, nice kitchen. Fair bit of street noise in the master bedroom, though they provided a nice white noise machine if you need it. (I can sleep through anything. My friend who is a light sleeper took the back bedroom and said it was fine, especially with the white noise.) They were communicative and we had no issues during the stay. Would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely stunning space & exactly what we needed. Easy space with a lot of utilities and options nearby. Made it perfect for exactly what we needed to do/wanted to accomplish with our stay in Portland area.

Wonderful house for a few friends. Great communal spaces, and we loved the game room! Comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to nearby restaurants, shops, bars, and parks. We had a wonderful time there— oh and the fireplace was a nice cozy touch!

We loved our 4 night stay in this beautiful, well decorated craftsman style home. Love the pops of color and the inviting, open floor plan. It was very well stocked and very clean. All of the beds were comfortable kings. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I travel to Portland frequently for work. I needed a home base for a week, and Kara and Dana's place was perfect. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet for being in the city. If I had not been working all week I would have spent more time exploring the surrounding neighborhood and trying the local restaurants. Just Pasta is within a few yards of the front door and was a delightful meal. I plan to stay here again on future trips!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent location for exploring the surrounding area on foot. Beautiful and safe neighborhood with restaurants and shops within 2-3 blocks walking in any direction. Very short drive out of the city into nature with incredible views. We loved the home itself as well. The interior is a work of art. The space is well thought out with close attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, and the entertainment system was awesome. Loved our time spent here. Thanks, Rob!
