My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

I visited my boyfriend in Rota back in Nov and occupied Jose listing for 12 days , our stay was great so we decided to stay here again 18 day this month January. Everything was the same. Great check in , good communication , and accommodated us in every way that they could. The place is spacious, clean and very secure. Love this location it has become my permanent stay when I visit Rota ❤️

Very cozy apartment. We felt right at home. Julio is very friendly and always attentive. The only drawback is that the garage space is difficult to access for a large car, although we had no problem finding space outside.

Laly and Carlos are very attentive... they took care of us perfectly. Their inn is very quiet and with many amenities. We would like to return next year and enjoy more of the site and its Cadiz sites... We highly recommend your stay.

Friendly host and lovely enviroment

Encarna's apartment is perfect for a vacation in Puerto de Santa María. The beach is just a ten-minute walk away. Several places to eat nearby. The residential complex's pool is very nice and quiet. Although it is not very difficult to park in the area, it is an important point in favor of having a parking space in the building's basement. The apartment is fully equipped and in very good condition. We'll do it again for sure.

Thanks to Hector for his kindness and attention. From minute one noticed that everything was perfect. They let us in before the time and it came to us great, also upon arrival we had a lot of details on the table. The house is a perfect duplex for being on vacation, super cozy and with all the necessary utensils. It's been a very good experience! We are sure to repeat.

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

After a month in March in April, I confirm that the accommodation is very well equipped especially for cooking. In addition, the decoration and the disposition of the apartment (balcony, sun) makes it feel very good, it's nice. And what's rare: the bedding is spotless and the mattresses/pillows are very comfortable. I would be happy to come back especially since the beach is not far. I would recommend it without hesitating: beautiful place. Congrats Heike on hosting us!

We had a lovely stay at Juan’s flat, fantastic location, easy access and great to have the parking. Lovely little flat and courtyard and enjoyed the coffee and pastries. Would definitely stay here again should we visit the town again. Thanks Juan!

Apartament in an unbeatable location of El Puerto. Quiet and noise-free area but 2 minutes from the entire restaurant area. The apartment's terrace certainly the best. The apartment had everything we need with a lot of things in the kitchen to cook (oil, spices…) and coffee and good infusions. Rafa and Manu have very good communication and we definitely recommend it!!

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

Very nice apartment in close to lovely beaches and great restaurants. It's a nice spacious apartment and really clean. Host was also very responsive. Highly recommend this apartment.

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

We only spent one weekend and it fell very short. Very nice apartment, very comfortable and a quiet area. The pool was available and the beach proximity we loved it.

Everything great. Alejandro attended us great. The apartment is super spacious and the facilities are very good.

We especially liked the spacious garden seating and the modern kitchen. The garage space is very practical, with our rather small car we had no problems with the narrow driveway.

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

Everything is great!!

The apt is very well located, away from the hustle and bustle of La Barrosa, but close to everything without needing to take the car. The listing is old because there are improvements to the furnishings in the house that are not collected in the photos. It also has Wi-Fi. The overall urbanization is very well cared for with two large pools, two small and children's play area. We will definitely repeat

We had a fantastic stay, the accommodation was really modern and clean. Fresh water machine, coffee machine, washing machine, Dishwasher very modern kitchen and bathroom. We had a car so really easy to drive to beach and restaurants, lovely area. We will definitely be back.
