Beautiful and spacious duplex very close to the beach, with a garage and a large backyard, tables, hammocks, sun loungers, sofa, lawn... Its privileged location will allow you to forget about the car (walking 3 minutes from the beach and 10 from the center). It is very convenient, as it is very close to supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants, breakfast bars, churrería, banks, multi-cinemas, bus station, laundry. Very well equipped, high-end appliances and mattresses, air conditioning.
