Spacious house on two levels surrounded by greenery and a step away from the sea. The house consists of a living area on the upper floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. The garden is accessed from the two floors and gives the house peace and privacy. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

L'alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in prossima della bellissima scogliera di surri e sa ida, a circa 300 m dal mare, a circa 1 km 1/2 dall'arco di Sarchittu. Sito in una zona tranquilla, adatto per chi vuole veramente riposarsi, godersi il mare e i tramonti spettacolare. Lovely villa 5 meters from the Santa Cateri sea

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

A few meters from the sea, Casa Oleandro is immersed in peace and quiet. There is both a single bed inside the double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with all amenities and comfort. Its central location also allows you to be 20 minutes by car from Oristano, the main center with all the services, and an hour/an hour and a half away with Alghero, a famous village, and with the east part of Sardinia.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
