Villa holiday rentals in Sardinia

Stunning views and large, well manicured garden with a large pool. This home is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Mauricio was an attentive host who even came to find us when had trouble finding the property. Neighborhood is gorgeous. 10 minute walk to a pristine, blue water beach.

We stayed at Micheles villa for 10 nights in early October. The property is really amazing. The house is separated in two floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch landscape. This is adjacent to a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor with washing machine/dryer as well as two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 1st floor: two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms + small kitchenette. The 1st floor is only accessible via a separate entrance via outside. In the backyard is a large pool as well as the barbecue area with another table. The backyard can also be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need. Michele super accessible. Only disadvantage: quite few restaurants open in low season and many mosquitoes with us.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

We had an incredible stay in the house. Lorenza and her brother were always happy, responsive and very kind. The place was very well equipped and very clean. The beach next door was very nice. We swallow up without hesitating!

Great place with big garden contains everything you need for wonderful vacation. Located in peaceful community with minimum traffic. Beach in walkable distance is just ok, but much better beaches just few minutes by car. They provide also old bikes free of charge. Second floor is separate and accessible only from outside.

An amazing location sitting high enough up, for 24/7 beautiful views of the sea and mountains, quite peaceful. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area! The stone bbq was a plus ! Outdoor dining table & lounge chairs on both sides of the house to enjoy the sun all day. Less than 10 minutes to the city of Orosei, where even at this time of the year, we found cafes, restaurants, groceries and some retail open. This house could be your base to visit other towns, not too far away. The beach, is also a quick drive from the house, and at this time of the year, there were only a handful of locals taking a beautiful walk along the shore. Laura is the perfect host! Always caring and concerned if everything was ok, and if we needed anything extra! Our next trip to Sardinia, will definitely include Orosei and this perfect gem!

We are happy to have returned to Luca , the house is even more beautiful than 2 months ago , the garden is always enchanting the fantastic sea. Luca was always super kind and helpful. He made us find beautiful gifts when we arrived, the house was super clean and tidy. Thanks again Luca.

We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

We had a great stay at Barbara's house. We didn't miss anything and everything is as described. If we had a question, it was always answered quickly and helpfully. The house is super equipped, absolutely quiet and without insight. The supermarkets in the area are also within easy reach and had a good selection of gluten-free food. It is simply fantastic, especially the view on almost all sides.

Beautiful view, great hosts and clean spacious place!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. We were able to get into the house a little earlier, were received very nicely and everything was explained to us well in English, there was also a number on where you could get in touch if something was missing. The house is tip top, very clean and well furnished, nothing is missing. A small supermarket is right next door and the beautiful beach with beach bar, volleyball court about 200 m away on foot. For us, it was a very nice, relaxing time. Thanks very much to both of you.

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and foosball are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your tranquility, as the Ville is a bit remote.

Even if Stefany wasn't there, it was like she was with us 😉 Very responsive to questions, directions and suggestions for the perfect rental. Everything was clean and as described. We even plan to come back to her about a rental to go to England soon (if she wants us☺️)

Super nice house with amazing outdoor areas. The only thing you could want was a grill. For issues, Marco was easy to reach and was extremely helpful.

The place was great and very suitable for a family with children. However, please note that all the essentials should be provided on your own. The property does not include shampoos, trash bags, toilet paper, or baking paper, for example.
