Sa Pedra Holiday Home. A unique retreat

Easily accessible, Porto San Paolo is 15 km from the port of Olbia and 12 km from Costa Smeralda airport. My accommodation is a small designer retreat, designed exclusively for couples. The apartment offers an intimate atmosphere with attention to every detail. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, a laundry and various shops.

A modern bedroom features a spacious bed with neutral bedding. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light and views of the outdoor terrace. A comfortable seating area with a sofa is visible, along with a TV and a wardrobe offering hanging space and folded items.

Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.

My place is close to the sea, close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will like it for its intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners, thus creating total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.

Natural light fills the spacious living area, highlighted by beamed wooden ceilings. A comfortable gray sofa faces a flat-screen TV, while a round coffee table is centrally placed. Bookshelves line one wall, complementing the decor, and large windows provide views of the outside.

The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.
