Villa Anna

Brand new, with a private swimming pool, it is located a stone's throw from Budoni beach. It has a cosy living area with a separate kitchen, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with single beds and another bathroom. It is surrounded by a large garden, and the covered veranda overlooks the large swimming pool. In the evening, the garden and swimming pool are fully lit so you can enjoy all the villa's facilities until nightfall. It has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Villa del Sole is independent and tastefully furnished, with a comfortable swimming pool to relax when you don't feel like going down to the beach. The house is 800 meters from the beach. With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean, the beach is white, the crystal clear water and the very shallow seabed. Do you want to relax at home? No problem. You can enjoy the sun, relax by the pool and occasionally dive into the water - pure relax!

Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
