Villa holiday rentals in Sardinia

We had a great time at the villa and would come back anytime! We loved the house, the great pool and the beautiful garden. Thanks to Norman for the flexibility with check-in!

We stayed at Micheles villa for 10 nights in early October. The property is really amazing. The house is separated in two floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch landscape. This is adjacent to a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor with washing machine/dryer as well as two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 1st floor: two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms + small kitchenette. The 1st floor is only accessible via a separate entrance via outside. In the backyard is a large pool as well as the barbecue area with another table. The backyard can also be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need. Michele super accessible. Only disadvantage: quite few restaurants open in low season and many mosquitoes with us.

Great villa in a quiet location, close to the most beautiful beaches.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We had an amazing stay at the house. Lorenza and her brother were always available, responsive and very kind. The accommodation was very well equipped and very clean. The beach next door was lovely. We would definitely recommend it!

In reality, the house was even more beautiful than in the photos, design combined with modern technology, many loving gadgets upon arrival, Lavazza coffee, welcome package, beach bag with beach towels, and much more. A great view from the terrace to the sea and close to Orosei, great quiet location, as well as great care of Laura and Elke, always proactive with great tips and important hints. Our stay at Luca’s place in Sardinia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Luca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our flight landing late, he patiently waited to let us in around midnight, giving us a full tour of the apartment and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket filled with local wine, fresh bread, pasta, and other goodies – a perfect touch to kick off our Sardinian adventure. Throughout our stay, Luca was incredibly responsive, always replying to our messages within minutes, and even helped us navigate a few car rental issues, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for – it honestly felt like a home away from home. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Grazie mille, Luca, for making our trip so special!

We had a great stay at Barbara's house. We didn't miss anything and everything is as described. If we had a question, it was always answered quickly and helpfully. The house is very well equipped, absolutely quiet and without view. The supermarkets in the area are also easy to reach and had a good selection of gluten-free foods. It is simply fantastic, especially the view on almost all sides.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

The villa is really very nice and everything is available. The beach is minutes away and the view of the mountains is truly breathtaking. The hosts are quick to reach, very helpful and even bought for us. A lot is available in the accommodation, even umbrellas, washing machine, child seat, cot, blankets,... The gardeners were there more often and took care of the pool and garden. They were nice and hardly disturbed. Surroundings is quiet. We'd love to come back and definitely recommend the place.

Lovely villa which is comfortable and very well maintained. A few minutes walk from a beach with many beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed in August and were turned away from some beaches if we had not booked Cala Brandinchi Lu Impostu so plan ahed and book if you want to visit these beautiful beaches.

Had the best time in this beautiful villa located in an idyllic spot in Sardinia. Giuseppe is also a great and well-organised host!

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

We have had an amazing week at Stefany's Villa. We have been traveling Portugal, Spain, France and Italy and this was our final stay before heading home. it was perfect! The beautidul gated yard with private pool is a stunning oasis! We took walks to the ocean and had access to many delicious restaurants! We had our doggy with us and the area was very accommodating! This villa is perfectly located to all the various attractions in the area, including La Pelosa which is only about 12 minutes away by car. We must say the best part was Steohany! She was kind and gave us some amazing recommendations! Stefany replied quickly and made our stay special! We highly recommend and can't wait to return!

A great stay, in a very pleasant villa and suitable for 2 families with 2 children. Clean, soothing villa, simple but efficient decoration, very nice exterior and small terrace on the first floor. Lots of comfort for the stay, very simple and very provided to start the vacation without stress. Communication was easy and responsive. Small downside for the pool compared to the time of our stay (early April). A little heated water would have been the BEST to enjoy more. Thank you

The place was great and very suitable for a family with children. However, please note that all the essentials should be provided on your own. The property does not include shampoos, trash bags, toilet paper, or baking paper, for example.

We had a GREAT time at Mina's at Villa Picuccia! The view from the terrace is beautiful and the villa is superb, very well equipped and comfortable. Mina is a warm host. She helped us a lot with the organization of the stay and even once there with her advice. We recommend eyes a second thought! Thanks again!!
