PLEASE NOTE: The capacity of the Villa is set at 6 ADULTS + 4 CHILDREN MAXIMUM. The Villa is located on a vast 15,000 m2 property, bordered by a stream on the edge of the forest. The 12 m x 4 m private pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is surrounded by a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioned, equipped and carefully decorated, the Villa offers modern and elegant comfort that will delight families or couples with children.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

Ideal for enjoying the joys of the ocean and the relaxing calm of the forest. Very suitable for family vacations, our gîte is also suitable for stays with friends, but not for parties. The bike path that borders the house, allows access to the beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse in 40 min. Shops 3 min away. Bike rental nearby.
