5 km from the village, quiet, on the edge of the forest, pretty house out of sight, "tiny house" type completely renovated for 4/6 people (ideal couple + children), outbuilding of our house located nearby. Not overlooked. Ground floor of 25 m² including shower room, equipped kitchen area, sitting area (2-person sofa bed) and closed night area (bunk beds). Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.
