New 60 m2 chalet in a residential park with heated swimming pool, relaxation area and multi-sport field. 15 km from the famous beaches of Hossegor, Capbreton and Labenne, in the middle of the Landes countryside, close to cycle paths and shops (local producers and supermarkets). Quiet, south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and a grassy area. The relaxation area is open on weekends and public holidays. The swimming pool is temporarily unavailable. Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of accommodating two other people on the sofa bed in the living room.
