Nice Landes cottage, "the little resinier".

The small resinier, chalet with its pretty terrace surrounded by a small garden, is ideal for a family of 4/5 people. Offering every comfort, it is located in a secure residential park: heated swimming pool from June to September, sauna and steam room from the Easter holidays to All Saints' Day (excluding the caretaker's days off). Citystade, swing, and boulodrome available year-round. One room with 1 bed 160; another with 2 bunk beds of 80x190 including 1 convertible into 140 thanks to a pull-out bed for children/teens.

A light-filled living area features a stylish sofa bed, offering seating options for guests. Natural wood elements are present in the ceiling and staircase, leading to the mezzanine. A dining table with bright chairs overlooks large sliding doors, granting access to the outdoor pool area.

5 km from the village, quiet, on the edge of the forest, pretty house out of sight, "tiny house" type completely renovated for 4/6 people (ideal couple + children), outbuilding of our house located nearby. Not overlooked. Ground floor of 25 m² including shower room, equipped kitchen area, sitting area (2-person sofa bed) and closed night area (bunk beds). New 60 m2 chalet in a residential park with heated swimming pool, relaxation area and multi-sport field. 15 km from the famous beaches of Hossegor, Capbreton and Labenne, in the middle of the Landes countryside, close to cycle paths and shops (local producers and supermarkets). Quiet, south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and a grassy area. The relaxation area is open on weekends and public holidays. The swimming pool is temporarily unavailable. WITHOUT ANY VIS-A-VIS. Close to the Landes beaches, this quiet and elegant accommodation will welcome you during your vacation. Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of accommodating two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor area with wooden terrace, barbecue and a small synthetic turf corner will be perfect for your leisure time.

nice cottage in Saubrigues at Emeline and Damien's

Saubrigues est situé à 10 kms de Hossegor (magnifique plage landaise, idéal pour le surf) Le chalet est tout neuf il vient d'être livré, il est situé à l'intérieur d'un parc résidentiel de loisirs. Attention la piscine, et le sauna ne sont pas accessibles pendant la période hivernale. Un city stade et des structures pour les plus petits sont accessibles toute l'année sur le parc
