The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
