Atypical apartment with pool near the center

The apartment will offer you comfort, calm and brightness. (5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the station on foot) The two rooms are served by the magnificent 18th century staircase common to our house. Your part, well-insulated from ours by the staircase, consists of: - a living room with equipped kitchenette and cozy sitting area. - one bedroom with a 160/200 bed, shower and separate toilet. From there you have access to the shared pool, heated in July and August

Studio with superb Loire views

Independent furnished studio, full of charm with views of the Loire from every room. Located 1 km from the Bateliers des Vents d'Galerne who offer, among other things, crossings of the Loire on one of their "toues" as part of the Loire à Vélo (free on certain days in summer, reservation at least 48 hours in advance). You will be close to many vineyards and 25 minutes from Château de Villandry, 18 minutes from Château de Langeais and d'Ussé, 7 minutes from Centrale de Chinon.

Located in a secure residential building on the 1st floor , you enjoy a renovated and fully updated duplex in a modern atmosphere located a few steps away from downtown Saumur. Comfortable apartment with flea market decor.

Close to shopping streets and restaurants, this two-room apartment is located in a small residence. The street is very quiet and nearby parking is free. The apartment is decorated in a very cozy and home-backy flea market style. It is fully equipped for 4 guests. The kitchen is modern, dishwasher, washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed, the bedding is new. The sofa bed in the lounge is also 160, new.
