The pool is heated by a solar panel, which allows us to have a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (early May and late September to early October).

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
