(5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the train station on foot) The two rooms that make it up are served by the magnificent 18th-century spiral staircase shared with our house. Your well insulated part of ours by the stairs consists of: -a living room with equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. - one bedroom with its 160/200 bed, a shower and a separate toilet. From there, you have access to the communal heated swimming pool from mid-June to the end of August.

Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
