Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
