Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, Labyrinthe Végétal, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available from 4pm Check-out before 11:00 am (clean the house).

On the outskirts of Poitiers, accommodation offering the charm of the old with all modern comforts. House in a former farmhouse, adjoining the owners' residence. Separate entrance, terrace and small garden. On the ground floor, you will find the living room which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, etc.).
